[App scope] Needs custom app folders

Bug Description
An option to create custom app folders in apps scope like we see in android would be an useful option to organise installed apps. For example, I would like to create a folder which will contain all the google apps. In this way users will be able to keep their app scope neat even after having installed 100s of apps.
