This happens in a periodic task after migrations complete:
It shouldn't be an error log since it's normal, see how many times it hits in multinode gate runs:
There are over 2500 hits in 7 days on this error message.

Added a debug patch to trace the incorrect error logs at gates. Here is the review url : https:/ /review. openstack. org/#/c/ 298099/
Some test cases are failed for debug patch. but I don't think that are relevant to this problem. I think the failure is only because of the code snippet I have added. Any more suggestions to reproduce this problem would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
