List metric names not supported by Monasca CLI

Bug Description
Since a while the metrics command supports one entry per metric x dimension_values. This leads to an explosion of metrics easily bypassing the 10.000 mark. Therefore this command can no longer be used to check which metrics are available.
The newer metric_names command lists the distinct names only. It is not supported by the CLI yet.
The proposed fix adds support for it:
