94 Tempest tests failed because of incorrect configuration of network interfaces on master node, here you can find the latest results:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Tempest tests on MOS 9.0 environment.
Expected results:
All tempest tests passed
Actual result:
94 tempest tests failed
Reproducibility:
100% if we will not enable network interface on master node (for public network)
Workaround:
Enable interface in public network
