Remove encoding from Desktop file

Please remove "Encoding=UTF-8" from avant-preferences/avant-preferences.desktop and avant-preferences.desktop.in

It gives an error in validation..

Try: $ desktop-file-validate avant-preferences.desktop

I get an warning, not an error.

FYI, avant-preferences is obsolete. AWN is using awn-manager as of version 0.2.

It's an warning.. if you see other packages, they're removing it =) You can set this bug to invalid..

It's more a problem for Debian that for AWN ;)
I have the patch for the debian dir, I upload it in a minute.
I will see later if it should be upload to AWN trunk
