Bug Description

The Kibana UI is currently available both at the internal and external VIPs. The user of the Kibana UI is the cloud operator. So the the Kibana UI should not be made available through the external network, for security reasons.

    Do not make Kibana available at the external VIP

    Kibana is a tool for operators. It should not be accessible though
    the external VIP.
