Add a redacted screenshot mode

For screenshots it would be convenient to switch the font to something like redacted script: https://github.com/christiannaths/Redacted-Font

That way one could easily share a screenshot without worrying about sharing private info

Could this be applied to all programs with text content? Then the settings would be more appropriate in the screenshot app. Clicking this option would change the CSS of all opened apps with text content.

That's a really good point. It probably would be better as an option in the screenshot app. It could change the system font and then change it back after the screenshot. Smart thinking.

This would be rad, but some things (like the contents of a message or web browser) won't change. Still worth investigating.

Hmm what about blurring the content of window/panes ? Maybe this could be done via CSS too.

What do you think of redacted text and blurred images? Then you've true privacy if you want to.

I'm not sure blurry images is really feasible. As far as know, there's no global gtk setting or gtk.css feature that would allow for that.

Hiya, I've just tried this on my machine and my font wasn't reverted, which made for a pretty scary situation which didn't resolve even after a reboot!
