Inconsistent formatting in Flavors in Cloud Administrator Guide

The formatting is inconsistent for Flavors in the Cloud Admin guide.
Where extra spec values are enumerated, the format is inconsistent, appearing as:
    - ``option``.
      and
    -``option``:

Should be the latter, as it is specifying the options and then giving more information.

There is also inconsistent capitalization for the types when describing the options
i.e. Integer/integer

    Fix inconsistent formatting in compute-flavor.html

    Where extra spec values are enumerated, the format was inconsistent.
    This changes the inconsistent from:
        - ``option``.
          to
        -``option``:

    Updates capitalization for the types when describing the options
        - Integer -> integer
