Bug Description

Since GnuCash startup takes some time, after starting the application I usually continue doing something else, opening other windows, etc. Then about a dozen seconds later GnuCash startup finishes and brings the main window to top, and also steals the focus from whichever window used it beforehand. This is annoying and also a bad UI practice.
