Upgrading OpenStack Environment : ansible-playbook -i /home/sdake/kolla/ansible/inventory/all-in-one -e @/etc/kolla/globals.yml -e @/etc/kolla/passwords.yml -e action=upgrade /home/sdake/kolla/ansible/site.yml
