Bug Description
Fresh install of Ubuntu Mate 16.04 Beta 1 64bit, dist-upgraded last night.
Attempting to troubleshoot another bug around secondary users added to system, I found that using users-admin cannot readd a user that was already added before.
This was easily reproducible by launching users-admin, adding a user, deleting the user, and recreating the user.
It errors that it is unable to get a response from the bus, so seems it is talking to dbus improperly, or not getting expected responses.
