Bug Description

It seems the Pyotherside qml module does not contain information about components contained in plugin, so automatic type dump of QML module fails. It can not locate the helper application for dumping type information from C++ plugins.

it seems we need to build it for every release, thp gives a way to build it manually. we have to include this step in the build process now.
