KPAC - Unsuccessful Login Returns No Visible Message

When placing a hold in the KPAC (if you are not already logged in) you are prompted for a username and password. If either of these are entered incorrectly when you click Submit you will not be logged in and will simply see the same page as before with the credentials you entered in the Username and Password fields cleared.

In this circumstance patrons should be given a message similar to the one returned on the OPAC (Login failed. The username or password provided was not valid. Passwords are case-sensitive. Check your Caps-Lock key and try again or contact your local library.) to indicate that the login was unsuccessful.
