ubuntu 16.04 app wont start

i did a stock install of shutter on 16.04 ubuntu and shutter wouldnt start
downloaded deb from
https://launchpad.net/shutter
and that works fine id take a look at the version rolling with 16.04 guys
love the app use it everyday :)

I just removed it and teinstalled thefeb from the main website fixed it for
me :)

However, the version in the repo should also contain this fix. Will that get automatically updated ?

In the default ubuntu repo 0.92 version is present and not fixed yet.
