Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster(in my case deployment failed)
2. Open tab ''Logs" in the Web UI
3. Set filter for cluster nodes ("Other servers")
Expected result: Logs are filtered and shown
Actual result: No log entries match current filters.
Description of the environment:

In my case cluster had 3 controller+Mongo and 2 compute+cinder node.
Logs for cluster nodes are presented on master node http://
