Bug Description

The following initramfs shell doesn't respond to any keyboard input including (<kbd>Ctrl Alt SysRq B</kbd>, but connection of USB keyboard is logged to stdout). Occurs with 4.4.0-9-generic and 4.3.3 mainline, doesn't occur with 4.2.5 mainline.

apport-collect 1553167

and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.

For some reason `lvm2` got uninstalled without being noticed and checked.
