Bug Description

Sandesh message statistics HTTP request on the client is not displaying correct information due to a bug in sandesh_statistics.cc. The code is using basic statistics map instead of detail statistics map when iterating to return detail stats.

Fix detail sandesh message statistics

1. Maintain only detail stats map in SandeshMessageStatistics, extract
basic stats from the detail stats on request/Get.
2. Add unit tests to verify both detail and basic stats
