Bug Description
for some reason python3-curtin does not list a dependency on python3-yaml (and python-curtin on python-yaml).
I expected that the ${python3:Depends} would get that picked up as yaml is a build depends.

Is this a bug against curtin or the debuild (or whatever maps the ${python3:Depends}) ?
Assuming that expansion did what you expected, then in curtin we could drop the explicit build-dep on python3-yaml ?
