unusable jpeg cover

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Trying to rename a jpeg 'Folder.jpg' in the album folder didn't work.
Trying other jpg or png worked.
Deleting metadata from the unusable jpg didn't change a thing.
Reducing the size of the jpg worked (287kB to 79).

The attached jpeg file doesn't work as as cover if placed in a music album folder and named 'Folder.jpg' or 'folder.jpeg' or 'cover.jpg'.
So to reproduce the bug :
- place this file in a music folder and rename it Folder.jpg
(hope it's easy enough)

Rhythmbox doesn't show it as the album cd cover.
