Bug Description

From the forum:

Default View
Select "Add Filled Zones"
Right click - Fill or Refill All Zones

OpenGL View
Select "Add Filled Zones"
A large cross appears at the cursor
Right click
No menu appears

<zone fill shortcut in GAL> works silently and no indication anything happened if nothing is modified in the displayed region - not very safe

I am the original reporter. this affects 4.0.2 under Ubuntu 14.04.4 and 15.10 64 bit.
I made a copper fill outline, but did not fill it. Moved it to overlap existing components and the behaviour is very different in the two view modes.
Under Default I have to right click - Fill or press B
Under OpenGL as I place the zone over the other components it immediately fills and creates thermal reliefs etc

I have same problem in arch linux (kicad-4.0.4-1). Using the command ctrl-B, I was able to remove a filles ground zone.

Is the right-click context menu still missing in recent builds? (I get one on OSX, but it's possible this is Linux-specific.)

The other changes are a result of OpenGL being fast enough to keep zones filled automatically (which I think should be considered a feature, although I'll admit it takes some getting used to when coming from the Legacy Canvas).
