Bug Description

Unexpected crash after I did a fresh install with Feisty.
I received this output at boot time after bios post, it didn't make it to grub menu and froze.

[18.217415]Kernel panic - not syncing : IO-APIC timer does'nt work
[18.217610]_

Repeatable: No. Seems to be random.

This bug describe exactly the same problem as bug #54621, I'm pretty sure that it's a duplicate so I think that we should mark it as such.
