/etc/inid.d/clvm references inexisting /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions

Start of service fails with `Can't open /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions` should be `/lib/lsb/init-functions`.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dlm/+bug/1248054 seems very similar.
