Bug Description
When a weekly repeating event is created and it's first occurrence happens before the date when the time switches from winter time to summer time and there are more events after that date (last Sunday of March), than all events after the last Sunday of March show incorrect time (one hour later).
Example of how to reproduce:
1 create a weekly event from 10 to 12 on e.g. Fryday 4th of March
2 set it to last till the end of April on every Fryday
3 Look at the time of the event at the beginning of March and the time of the same event in April (it will show 11-13)
BTW I also had to delete of of the events in the middle of this series and event if I delete it and choose "Edit this" and "Delete this"
in the dialogue that asks if I wan to modify just one event or the series the event is not deleted.

I can confirm this is still an issue. The recurrence events that were created before DST show correctly at 10-12 but the ones after DST show incorrectly 1 hour later from 11-1. Seems the logic needs to account for the DST offset
