[Horizon] Instance renaming and security group change are not reflected in Action Log

Steps:
1. Start Nova instance.
2. Navigate via Horizon to: http://<Fuel_IP>/horizon/project/instances/<instance_id>/
3. Check "Action Log" tab. Check that "Create" action logged there.
4. Rename instance.
5. Add new Security Group to instance.
6. Click to the "Action Log" tab.
7. Check "Action Log" tab again.
Expected to see renaming and SG addition in Action Log.
Actually these operations are not displayed in action log tab.
