[3.0-2723]UI, UDP port number is accepted even if it is not in the range 1-65535 while port creating

Bug Description
If we enable mirroring in port create page it is showing the option udp port number. There if we give port number as 777777777777777 which is not in the range of 1-65535, it is getting saved without any error.
Instead of digits if we give alphabet also it is accepting. But you click on expansion view of that port '-' is showing as a value of udp port number.
