[UI] new created VMI does not get populated in create/edit window if SI page is not clicked/refreshed

If the user is on the same page of SI, and then he is creating a port from different window or creating a VM from horizon, then if clicking on create/edit of SI from the same page does not populate the newly created VMIs.

Workaround: If user is on the same page of SI, then user has to click Service Instance page once again or refresh the page.
