[facebook] successive share actions done as the app is opened fail

Bug Description
In facebook, if the app is opened during successive sharing operations some might fail after the first one. The issue is that the DOM is updated to add/insert form divs so that the fb post actions are being properly performed. Those divs are never cleanedup, ... when sharing successive bits divs are inserted with the same id and the code is messed up.
