Bug Description
Button 'Save Settings' is disabled until user fills required fields of NSXv plugin section.

Steps to reproduce.
1. Install NSXv plugin on master node.
2. Make any changes on Network tab and try to save them.
Actual result
Button 'Save Settings' is disabled until user fills required fields of NSXv plugin section.

We moved plugin settings to Network tab. Button 'Save Settings' is disabled until user fills required fields of NSXv plugin section on Network tab instead Settings. Plugin can not be disabled by default as we use component registry.
