update manager despite of 7.10

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I've done a fresh 7.10 installation, but adept says I have to update the system to 7.10 which ends in an error.
why doesn't the update-manager realize that there is 7.10 yet.

Confirmed. To reproduce:
1. Start Adept Manager
2. Fetch Updates
3. Version Upgrade appears

confirmed also with a fresh kubuntu 7.10 install. happens every time I try to upgrade with adept.

Confirmed also on Gutsy upgraded from Feisty.
