Bug Description
In order to be able to easily update the code on the site, we need to add the 'update source' action to the Juju charm. This should:
- Pull the latest source code from lp:ubucon-site
- Optionally, the ability to specify a branch different than trunk (e.g. for local testing deployments)
- Restart the site
