Bug Description

Moving from .juju/environments.yaml to .local/share/juju/credentials.yaml

Any environment config isn't stored locally, need to do mongodb dump on bootrstrap node.

Add more things here....

This is not a juju bug, this is a sosreport bug/RFE to properly get juju
configuration which previously was stored in a file (environments.yaml)
and now available via:

$ juju controller-config
$ juju model-config
$ juju model-defaults

Committed upstream and in Ubuntu for a while - commit 42e3eacae5103efd032129ebfd3ff9fbdf1d722c

(not credentials.yaml, but other juju 2.0 changes)
