Bug Description

hello.

since for ubuntu 14.04 we use libvirt 1.2.12 it is required to have same version of libvirt in rhel based deployments.
thus please downgrade libvirt from 1.2.17 to 1.2.12 for rhel7/centos7 and also libvirt-python to 1.2.16 or 1.2.12.
