Bug Description
This spec has been implemented in kilo, but horizon does not yet have the option to set the mtu on network creation:

It would be good to have the option to do this, as one currently needs to modify the database manually.

This is more a feature request than a real bug (in terms of malfunctioning). Features are being implemented in new releases and are usually not backported to earlier releases.
