Bug Description
Ubuntu Mate 16.04 Alpha 2
One of the times that i was switching the window manager in Mate Tweak, the UI crashed and all i could do was move the mouse and didnt know how to restart the windows manager so i could continue on with my session, so i ended up pressing Ctrl+Alt+Backspace. So it would be good to have some notice in the window stating what to do incase of a crash, ideally in the form of a label underneath the drop down menu or alternatively in the drop down menu's tooltip.

This will be implemented differently from what you describe.
When switching to a window manager that might crash (due to driver incompatibilities for example) after the switch MATE Tweak will display a prompt asking if you wish to keep the new configuration or revert to the previous configuration. This dialogue has a 15 second time out, so if you're unable to enter anything the configuration ill be automatically reverted.
