1. connect the the DUT with adb
2. enable ssh with:
$ android-
Expected Result
Verify that ssh is enabled

[persist.
and that the service is running
$ pgrep -af sshd
4303 /usr/sbin/sshd -D -o PasswordAuthent
Actual Result
The property is enabled but the service is not running.
