(cfg ref) IBM Storwize/SVC driver needs updating for deprecated option

Remove this option from the topic and include in deprecated list topic for mitaka.

    [config-ref] Deprecate storwize multipath option

    In ibm-storwize-svc-driver file, removed
    storwize_svc_multipath_enabled option from Network
    Configuration section and table of cfg flags.
    Edited driver cfg table options to note
    deprecation. Updated the driver cfg with
    protocol as well. Remove connection_protocol from
    table.
