KUbuntu keeps asking to upgrade to gutsy

Bug Description
Upgrade KUbuntu from feisty to gutsy via Distribution Upgrade.
AFter reboot Distribution Upgrade keeps saying there is a new version of kubuntu available.
If you go for it downloads files again, but then fails saying there is nothing available.
After that happenend, it seems that adept stops saying that there is a new version of ubuntu available.
