Bug Description
Ubuntu does not have framebuffer support by default (tty characters do not display small and nice). To have framebuffer in Ubuntu, I have to put in /boot/grub/menu.lst as a kernel option, vga=791. This worked in Feisty. But in Gutsy, this option causes the consoles (the ttys) not to work (Ctrl-Alt-F[x] display a black screen). When I removed this kernel option from menu.lst, the consoles appeared in the next boot, but with no framebuffer (letters looked big and ugly). I would be glad if you could fix this. Keep up the good work.
