gonssal, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.

Could you please run the following command once from a terminal by ensuring you have the package xdiagnose installed, and that you click the Yes button for attaching additional debugging information:
apport-collect -p xorg 1548273

When reporting xorg related bugs in the future, please do so via the above method. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

gonssal, could you please provide the full computer model as noted on the sticker of the computer itself (not from the Bug Description)? For example, MSI Cubi 2 Plus.

gonssal, to clarify, after this crash, are there any crash files in /var/crash?

Doesn't seem like it.

I only have two kontact-related files and one apache-related file in there.

To clarify, are those reports correlated to the time when the periodic crash happens?

I'm pretty sure they aren't

gonssal, to advise, I need to know if they are or aren't, as it does matter here.

Hence, could you please adjust the wording to advise precisely one way or the other?

I can't, because I'm not 100% sure. I don't write down the exact date everytime my system crashes.

You can wait for the next crash if you want, but it hasn't happened for the last 3 work-days. If it happens again, I'll notice the time and check /var/crash.
