kernel 4.2.0-27 does not boot on h170 board

I upgraded the kernel from 3.13.0-77 to 4.2.0-27. But kernel 4.2.0-27 does not boot on h170 board. The mother board I am using is ASRock H170 Pro4 . The boot process just stops after a few seconds. The installation dvd does not boot either. I can not get to the installation gui. The kernel just prints acpi errors continuously.
