Wireless Network Adaptor not functional using Linux Kernel 4.2.0-29

Ralink RT3090 wireless adaptor not functional using kernel 4.2.0-29. Booted with kernel 4.2.0-28 and wireless adaptor worked. Able to reproduce issue by booting 4.2.0-29 kernel.
