juju-gui-48: when you delete subordinate charm it deletes container unit

Bug Description
hi,
we use juju-gui-48 and have found strange behavior: unexpected creating new machine and deleting container unit
1. add relation or subordinate charm:
when you confirm these changes you should select - leave unplaced radioubutton otherwise new machine will created.
2. remove subordinate charm - on confirm page you can find 2 items - remove unit form container chamr and remove subordinate charm. but it should remove subordinate only.
