Unable to update to Kubuntu 7.10

Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Tried to upgrade from 7.04 of kubuntu via network.
First time installation seemed to be OK (with notification that third party source list warning - that I can enable them after the installation as well as disclaimer saying some packages are no longer supported).
Lateron, I run Adept Manager and the version upgrade button is enabled. Clicked and go through the process again with the very same 2 warnings above. The upgrader tells me that upgrade fails.
