Bug Description
Hi,
I have installed Kubuntu and asked yes to if I wanted to
install the language packages and I saw the
mozilla-
This makes no sense as firefox is not installed by default
and this wastes bandwidth and installation time (I had the
es-es, es-ar and en-gb as far as I remember).

We do that by design to provide out of the box translations for all programs in main. We won't change this anytime soon.
