Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager

gzip: stdout: No space left on device
update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.
dpkg: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

========
==== Analysis ====
/boot filled up on Feisty -> Gutsy upgrade.
Would have been better to know that there was insufficient space prior to downloading the upgrade!
========
==== Remedy ====
Looks like I have to expand /boot, then restart the installation. I will try to find apt-get commands that will support an upgrade-resume.
