excessive log messages in unittests

something changed in the unittests in the last couple weeks where the unittests have a ton of log messages that look like errors but are not affecting the outcome of the tests.

something similar to the below is repeated many times. This should be resolved so it does not make the tox unittests a burden to sift through.

    Excessive messages logged during unit tests

    The addition of a debug message in change 01ff9529
    (01ff9529415ae46a5a8b2d3fa9981cb80e99cd5c) in
    trove/guestagent/datastore/experimental/cassandra/service.py resulted
    in unittests spewing the messages indicating that a logger was not
    defined for trove.guestagent.datastore.experimental.cassandra.service.
