Default domain's description references keystone v2:

Steve, there are deployments where v2 is not even supported so description is incorrect.

@Anna, it's the default domain, default domain should work with V2.

    Update default domain's description

    The default domain's description references v2. This is wrong in v3-only
    deployments, or when CONF.identity.default_domain_id is used to specify
    a different domain for v2. This change updates the description.
