Bug Description
AMD have made a lot of progress on the amdgpu driver (especially in Linux 4.5), plus a few fixes for radeon, and the code will definitely benefit our HWE efforts.
The new code includes Powerplay support for discrete GPUs (integrated GPUs are already supported).
This will help us move away from the fglrx driver.
