update manager fails to upgrade from 7.10 prerelease to 7.10

Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
I enabled the "unsupported updates" and pre-release updates in Adept. I also upgraded to the pre-release version of Gutsy 7.10. Adept still thinks I need to do a Version Upgrade, however, it always fails with "Your system is up-to-date. There are no upgrades available for your system. The upgrade will now be cancelled."
