gps not working since OTA9

Bug Description

Hardware (bq e4.5) seems ok. Tested in factory mode. Neither unav nor sensorstatus nor any other program gets gps updates. Gps only setting doesn't make a difference. Wifi on/off also has no effect.

AGPS sort of works. Think I get the position of the base station of my mobile network. Still no precise GPS signal, so no navigation via unav possible. A device reset did not help either.

I have an E4.5, it goes in factory mode but not with apps.
